I haven’t updated in a while because in the time that I spent working on my thesis, I unintentionally cultivated in myself the sort of habits that don’t lend themselves to writing jokes. “Have you heard this one: MacDonald’s is coming under fire for having marketing that’s too effective…At first it seems like a specious claim but I think it’s more complicated than it appears. DAMN IT!”
I’m going to be getting back into the habit of writing humor though. It’s going to be slow going but sufferable. “Business as usual then?” Eventually I’ll be right back to where I wanna be. “At least someone will be enjoying themselves.”
Geeze, this guy’s a jerk. I’m gonna give him a rash. “I’m all itchy!” No, that’s just vindictive. “Hey, I found some Cortisone!”
That makes me more comfortable on so many levels.
